Welcome to the DiscountsGuy FAQ page! Here, you can find answers to common questions about coupon codes, promo codes, discount offers, and how to use our website.

At DiscountsGuy, our goal is to help you discover deals from popular online brands and make smarter shopping decisions. If you have questions about finding offers or using coupon codes, this guide will help you get started.

1. What Is DiscountsGuy?

DiscountsGuy is an online coupon and deals website that helps shoppers discover coupon codes, promotional offers, seasonal sales, and discounts from various online brands. Our goal is to make it easier to explore available offers before completing an online purchase.

2. How Does DiscountsGuy Work?

Using DiscountsGuy is simple. Browse our website, select your preferred brand, and explore the available coupon codes and deals. Depending on the offer, you can copy a coupon code or visit the retailer’s website to access a promotion. Follow the offer instructions and check the final price at checkout.

3. How Can I Find Coupon Codes on DiscountsGuy?

You can find coupon codes by searching for a brand or browsing our store directory and shopping categories. Visit the relevant store page to explore available discounts, promotional offers, and other deals.

4. How Do I Use a Coupon Code?

To use a coupon code, follow these steps:

  1. Find a suitable offer on DiscountsGuy.
  2. Copy the coupon code if the offer requires one.
  3. Visit the retailer’s official website and add your selected products to the cart.
  4. Enter the code in the designated coupon or promo code field at checkout.
  5. Check whether the discount has been applied before completing your purchase.

Some offers apply automatically and do not require a coupon code. Always follow the instructions listed with the offer.

5. Why Is My Coupon Code Not Working?

A coupon code may not work for several reasons, including:

  • The offer has expired or been discontinued.
  • Your order does not meet the minimum purchase requirement.
  • The coupon applies only to selected products or categories.
  • The offer is restricted to eligible customers or particular payment methods.
  • The code has been entered incorrectly.
  • The retailer does not allow the coupon to be combined with another promotion.

Check the offer’s terms and conditions and confirm that your order meets the requirements. If the code still does not work, you can try another available offer.

6. Are the Coupon Codes on DiscountsGuy Free to Use?

Yes. You can browse and access coupon listings on DiscountsGuy without paying us a fee to use them. However, individual retailers may have their own purchase requirements, delivery charges, or other terms that apply to an order.

7. Are All Coupon Codes Guaranteed to Work?

We aim to provide useful and relevant coupon information, but we cannot guarantee that every code will work for every customer. Retailers may change or withdraw offers, and some coupons have specific eligibility requirements. Please check the offer details and the retailer’s terms before purchasing.

8. What Should I Do If I Find an Expired Coupon?

If you find an expired coupon or an offer that no longer works, please contact us through our available contact channels and share the store name, coupon code, and relevant page URL. Your feedback helps us review our listings and improve the information available to shoppers.

9. Does DiscountsGuy Offer Exclusive Coupon Codes?

The availability of exclusive offers depends on the brands and promotional partnerships available at a given time. We list different types of promotional offers, which may include publicly available coupons and selected partner offers. Please check the individual offer details to understand its availability and conditions.

10. Can I Use More Than One Coupon Code on the Same Order?

Whether you can combine multiple coupon codes depends on the retailer’s policy. Some stores allow only one promotional code per order, while others may permit certain discounts to be combined. Check the retailer’s terms or contact its customer support team for confirmation.

11. Does DiscountsGuy Sell Products Directly?

No. DiscountsGuy is a coupon and deals discovery platform. We help users find promotional offers from third-party retailers, but we do not directly sell the products listed on their websites or process their orders.

12. What Is an Affiliate Link?

An affiliate link is a link that may allow a website to earn a commission when a visitor clicks through and completes an eligible purchase. DiscountsGuy may participate in affiliate marketing programmes. Where applicable, this helps support our website and its content.

Using an affiliate link does not normally increase the price you pay to the retailer. The retailer remains responsible for its product prices, order processing, shipping, returns, and refunds.

13. How Can I Get Help With an Order, Payment, or Refund?

Since purchases are completed on third-party retailer websites, you should contact the retailer directly for assistance with order status, payment issues, shipping delays, cancellations, returns, or refunds. DiscountsGuy does not control the retailer’s order fulfilment or refund policies.

14. How Can Brands Partner With DiscountsGuy?

Brands, retailers, and businesses interested in promotional partnerships or featuring their offers on DiscountsGuy can contact us through our available business enquiry channels. Please provide your brand name, website URL, and details of the proposed collaboration.
